Carpenter / Property Maintenance Specialist
Dolsa Construction is a fast-growing residential construction and renovation company working throughout Chittenden County and surrounding areas. We handle homeowner remodels, investment property renovations, and ongoing maintenance for managed rentals.
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Carpenter / Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
What You’ll Do:- Residential renovations and remodeling
- Finish and light-to-medium carpentry
- Punch list and detail work
- Rental property repairs and maintenance
- Framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and general repairs
- Maintain clean, professional jobsites
- Construction / carpentry experience
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Spanish is a plus (not required)
- Fast-growing company with strong pipeline of work
- Diverse projects — remodels, additions, investor renovations
- Exposure to real estate investing and development
- Direct access to ownership — no corporate layers
- Clear path for growth into lead or management roles
Position may start as a 1099 trial period with opportunity to transition to W-2 employment for the right candidate.
Competitive pay based on experience. Paid weekly.
