We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Advance Sales Associate to join our snowboard shop team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes snowboarding and enjoys helping customers find the right gear for their mountain adventures.

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and understanding their needs.
• Assist customers in selecting snowboards, boots, bindings, apparel, and accessories.
• Share product knowledge and technical expertise to ensure customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory management, including restocking and merchandising.
• Stay up‑to‑date on current snowboard trends, technologies, and brands.

• Snowboard knowledge required – familiarity with gear, brands, and riding styles.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including weekend and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for winter sports and outdoor lifestyle.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team‑oriented environment for extended periods.

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr this is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
