Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Steward (Dishwasher) to join our culinary team! The Steward is responsible for maintaining all silverware, glassware, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc., clean and appropriately stored according to standards. In addition, provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, and courtesy to guests and colleagues.
- Washes, stocks and organizes dishes and maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding and surrounding areas to health department standards.
- Assist chefs and front of the house managers in any projects that need to be done.
- Maintains storerooms, walk-ins, banquet kitchen, EDR, and any food and beverage areas are clean and organized.
- Communicates effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff.

Pay Range: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Stewarding experience preferred in a fine dining restaurant.
- Pleasant and attentive personality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a maximum of 10 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk up to 6-8 hours per day.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
