Our Turf Technicians play a vital role in maintaining residential and commercial properties, ensuring lush, healthy, and vibrant lawns for our clients. • Operate and maintain turf care equipment including sprayers and spreaders.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in compliance with safety standards.
• Assess lawn health and implement treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Perform seeding, aeration, dethatching, and over seeding as required.
• Maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

• Prior experience in turf care, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to MJS Lawnscape’s methods and standards.
• Ability to operate and maintain turf equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required (ability to drive company vehicles and pull trailers is a plus).
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental guidelines.
