Facilities Associate at the Counseling Service of Addison County

Are you an individual who enjoys helping to maintain buildings where people work and live? Do you want to make a positive impact on mental and developmental health care services? Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Associate at The Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC).

You will have a key role in carrying out a range of building maintenance and repair work within CSAC’s operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining and enhancing our services.

• Assist in evaluating buildings for needed repairs and maintenance
• Complete planned building repairs and maintenance
• Respond to work requests affecting building operations
• Assist Facilities Manger as needed/directed

• High School degree or technical certificate with three or more year’s construction and/or property maintenance experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and listening abilities.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, good general “craftsman/handyman” skills, trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical and building systems.
• Good organizational and record keeping skills.
