This role requires a hands-on, business-oriented IT executive with deep ERP and manufacturing systems expertise, strong people leadership, and the ability to align technology with operational and strategic objectives.

The VP of IT leads four major functional groups, each with an experienced manager reporting into this role.

  • Infrastructure & Operations — Oversee a primarily cloud-based infrastructure (Infor M3 hosted as a multi-tenant SaaS in AWS; SANs; Microsoft servers for manufacturing data collection and reporting); ensure availability, security, disaster recovery, and operational resilience; own end-user computing, support, and helpdesk services.
  • Cybersecurity & Risk Management — Develop and maintain enterprise cybersecurity strategy and governance; ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards; manage risks related to data protection, privacy, and business continuity domestically and internationally (GDPR).
  • Data, Analytics & BI — Own enterprise data and analytics strategy and governance; lead and evolve analytics platform (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI); partner with business leaders to define and operationalize KPIs; enable data-driven decision-making across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.
