• Lead and participate in the full software development life cycle on agile scrum teams in various roles

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in project management and customer service

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Familiarity with IVR or chatbot technologies
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
