• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience (2 years of relevant work experience may substitute)
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for optimal teamwork

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles related to assigned tasks
