- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
- 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
- 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
