Job Description
Bed & Breakfast Innkeeper (West Dover, VT) Welcome and register guests. Anticipate and respond to guest requirements and resolve guest complaints. Monitor the revenue activity of the inn. Develop and manage work schedules for staff. Train staff and evaluate their performance. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment. Oversee room bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds.
Requirements: 3 years' experience in the job or as a Front Desk Manager is required. 40 hours/week.
