• Lead the design, development, and dissemination of clinical and population health analyses and reports
• Establish effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
• Serve as a strategic business partner, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
• Mentor colleagues across the organization in consultative and technical skills
• Manage projects to successful completion while identifying opportunities for improving healthcare outcomes

• Master s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
• 7 years of leading the design and execution of clinical and population health reporting and analyses
• 7 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims and clinical data
• 5 years of project leadership in a complex, matrixed environment
• 5 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders

• Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
