CNRU/Neuroscience Research Admin Coordinator

Position Information

Posting Summary

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of grants management, personnel needs, and create, implement, evaluate and improve laboratory systems functioning for the principal investigators of the Clinical Neuroscience Research Unit and Neuroimaging Vermont labs. Ensure compliance with federal and university policies for the Sponsored Projects awarded to these investigators, and compliance of all employees with training, credentialing, and human resource policies. Provide evaluation and feedback results to identify gaps in existing practices and create and implement effective solutions.

Provide functional supervision for staff members assisting in these efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor’s degree and one to three years of related experience required. Effective communication skills and project management skills required.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience with NIH grant management, staff management and training.

Anticipated Pay Range

Anticipated Pay Range $26.00 - $31.50

Other Information Special Conditions
  • A probationary period may be required
  • Contingent on continued funding
  • Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime)
  • This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy
