• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, improving forecast accuracy with historical data
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams to ensure accuracy in monthly reporting and expense coding
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance
• Monitor project balances, staffing, and profitability in partnership with Client Finance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in finance workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience in month‑end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
