An aerospace client is seeking experienced US-based Contract Systems Engineers to support environmental qualification and EMC testing activities on electrical aerospace components.
Scope of Work- Supporting DO-160 environmental testing, including defining test approaches and ensuring compliance.
- Leading EMC testing activities, including test planning and execution support.
- Authoring test procedures, test plans, and associated qualification documentation.
- Reviewing test results and generating clear, compliant test reports.
- Working on and supporting testing of 28V electrical components.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional engineering and compliance teams as required.
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer within aerospace, aviation, or other regulated industries.
- Hands‑on experience with DO-160 environmental qualification testing.
- Strong background in EMC testing and associated standards.
- Experience writing and owning test procedures and certification documentation.
- Familiarity with 28V electrical systems.
- US‑based and eligible to work on US programs.
