Guided Search Partners (GSP) Guided Search Partners is an Executive Search firm built on Trust, Transparency, Specialization, and long-term relationships. We connect high-performing professionals with organizations that value people, performance, and growth—helping leaders find roles where they can make an impact and build meaningful careers.

About Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established, global manufacturer recognized for precision engineering and a people‑first culture. The organization is differentiated by its medical‑grade quality systems and rigorous technical validation—an environment where engineering excellence is both expected and supported.

This role exists as the business continues to invest in new product introduction and medical‑grade launch activity. Validation plays a critical role in that growth, and this position is central to ensuring quality, accuracy, and confidence from development through customer delivery.

The work is compelling for engineers who enjoy being close to the product and the data. You’ll have visibility across launches, direct collaboration with customers, and the opportunity to own validation outcomes end to end. This is an environment where technically curious, hands‑on professionals thrive—especially those who value structure, precision, and teamwork.

Outside the walls of the business, the role is based in a close‑knit Vermont community known for strong schools, a safe and supportive atmosphere, and access to outdoor recreation year‑round. It’s a setting that appeals to professionals seeking balance, stability, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute validation activities that directly support new product introduction and medical‑grade launches.
  • Lead the creation and execution of validation protocols, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity in results.
  • Analyze data, generate technical reports, and translate findings into clear documentation for internal and customer use.
  • Hands‑on work with metrology tools, including CMM programming and exposure to CT scanning, as part of daily validation efforts.
  • Partner closely with customers to understand requirements, align on validation strategy, and support successful launches.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality peers to strengthen systems, processes, and technical rigor across programs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine validation methods and data integrity.
Who You Are

You’re naturally detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven, with a strong appreciation for data, accuracy, and process discipline. You balance technical depth with clear communication and enjoy working directly with customers and cross‑functional partners.

Hands‑on work energizes you—you like being close to the tools, the numbers, and the outcomes. You’re comfortable operating within regulated environments and understand the importance of documentation, traceability, and consistency. Colleagues see you as reliable, thoughtful, and committed to doing work the right way.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in quality engineering, validation, metrology, or technical product launch within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to CMM programming, CT scanning, or structured medical‑grade quality systems.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis, report generation, and customer‑facing technical collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with organization, follow‑through, and clear written communication.
  • A grounded professional who values precision while maintaining momentum.
Why This Role Matters

Validation is foundational to this organization’s reputation for quality and technical excellence. In this role, your work directly supports safe, compliant, and successful product launches while reinforcing trust with customers.

You’ll work closely with an engaged engineering leader who values autonomy, clarity, and technical rigor. The team is known for collaboration, mentorship, and long tenure, with a clear commitment to training, upskilling, and structured succession planning.

This position offers real momentum and a defined advancement path into senior engineering, quality leadership, or program management—making it an ideal next step for someone ready to deepen their impact and grow with the organization.

Reporting Structure
  • Reports to a highly engaged engineering leader.
  • Collaborates closely with engineering, quality, and customer‑facing teams.
  • Interfaces regularly with internal stakeholders and external customers during validation and launch activities.
