What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage logistics of fleet operations, ensuring prompt maintenance and repair of vehicles.
  • Handle all inbound calls efficiently and gather customer requirements accurately.
  • Enter data promptly, recording the unit’s location and ensuring accurate billing information.
  • Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events and keep customers informed on event status.
  • Collaborate with roadside dispatchers to resolve issues and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Availability to work in a 24/7/365 environment, primarily on weekend shifts.
  • Must pass a pre‑employment drug test.
  • Ability to multitask and problem‑solve effectively.

  • A degree in a related discipline or industry experience.
