• Assist the Director of Events and Events Team with coordination of individual event elements from conception to post‑event processes
• Draft social posts and website copy for assigned events
• Create events and landing pages in event management software
• Handle registration management for assigned events and coordinate F&B arrangements, supplies, and logistics
• Perform venue research and accurately forecast event costs

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in an event coordination role
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to effectively self‑start, act resourcefully, and meet deadlines

• Comfortable with learning new technology
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with event management software a plus
