The Program Director role is focused on introducing martial arts to the community through education, marketing, and sales of martial arts lessons. The individual must be passionate about martial arts and committed to applying Premier Martial Arts marketing and sales systems to meet financial goals while supporting personal growth and community impact.

We value candidates who are friendly, professional, detail-oriented, organized, and self-starting. The program director is often the first point of contact for prospective clients and should be capable of representing the school with integrity and enthusiasm.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
