RCM Office & Inventory Assistant – Enovis

Location: Burlington, VT

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail‑driven and highly organized individual with a strong commitment to service to join our team as an RCM Office & Inventory Assistant. In this role, you will support Enovis’ Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team and Consignment Inventory Team through a wide range of administrative and clerical responsibilities, preparing and managing documents, maintaining organized workflows, and contributing to a clean, efficient, and well‑functioning office environment.

Key Responsibilities

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Communicate regularly with internal and external customers via telephone, mail, and computer.
  • Manage faxes for all assigned offices.
  • Manage Fed Ex deliveries and shipments.
  • Open and break down boxes and build boxes for drop‑off at delivery.
  • Maintain a stock of 10‑15 CPM boxes, returning the rest to the Waltham office.
  • Collect mail sent directly to the Vermont office and forward to Waltham along with all daily paperwork.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all office‑related inquiries (trash, Stericycle, Medicare), including ordering office supplies.
  • Assist in ordering forms and inventory for office and vans.
  • Complete return paperwork (either by ticket or Equipment Disposition Form (EDF)) with serial number from returned CPM machine(s) and send to the CPM Team.
  • Manage quarterly inventory counts for the Vermont office.
  • Assist in cleaning returned CPM machines when inventory is low.
Minimum Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate Degree from a two‑year college or technical school preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an administrative support position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Experience using inventory software and order processing systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory and customer service‑related practices preferred.
Travel
  • This position does not require travel.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Typical office environment.
  • Physical demands:
    May occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, and printer. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smartphone, mouse).

    May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
