Perform basic preventative maintenance on all types of mountain fleet vehicles under the guidance of more experienced mechanics. Collaborate with the Parts Lead to manage and maintain vehicle parts inventories. This role is entry‑level and ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
Job Specifications- Starting wage: $21.00/hour – $25.53/hour.

- Maintain fleet vehicle parts inventories, including parts purchasing.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on a variety of mountain fleet vehicles with guidance from intermediate and advanced mechanics.
- Communicate with internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team-oriented shop in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety by being an active participant in a safety‑oriented shop culture.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Vehicle maintenance experience, especially with vehicle types in our fleet, or strong mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
