We are looking for a Recreation Manager to oversee and deliver exceptional year‑round activities at The Lodge & Club at Spruce Peak. From guiding kids’ programs to curating unique outdoor and wellness experiences for adults, you’ll play a key role in shaping the recreational heartbeat of our luxury mountain resort.

• Design, implement, and lead engaging recreation programs for kids, families, and adults.
• Supervise and inspire recreation staff, ensuring safe, fun, and memorable experiences.
• Develop creative new programming while enhancing existing seasonal offerings.
• Partner with Spa, Wellness, and other resort teams to deliver seamless guest service.
• Provide hands‑on leadership for indoor and outdoor activities in all seasons.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, service, and luxury hospitality.

Pay Range: $68,000 - $72,000 per year.

• 2+ years of experience in recreation leadership, childcare, or camp management
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to lead outdoor activities in all weather conditions
• Creativity, adaptability, and a team‑first mindset
• Bonus: outdoor technical skills, naturalist experience, or luxury hospitality background
