Join VTSS as a Permanency Coordinator – Make a Real Impact in Vermont!
Location: Newport, St. Johnsbury & surrounding areas
Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year
Bonus: Sign-On Bonus after successful 90‑day review
Schedule: Full-time | Remote + On-Site | Travel required (company vehicle provided)

Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS) has been strengthening communities since 2012. We’re seeking a dedicated Permanency Coordinator
to support at‑risk and adjudicated youth through short-term therapeutic stabilization and long-term community resource planning.
- Provide support and stabilization services to youth & families
- Coordinate treatment, discharge planning, and case management
- Help clients build natural supports and sustainable community connections
- Support families with routines, communication, behavior plans & more
- Collaborate with courts, schools, DCF & community providers
- Attend weekly supervision & team meetings
- Bachelor’s preferred (Human Services/Social Work/Therapeutic fields)
- Associate’s required in related field
- Experience with traumatized youth/adolescents
- Valid driver’s license & clean background
