Location: Newport, St. Johnsbury & surrounding areas
Salary: $40,/year
Bonus: Sign-On Bonus after successful 90day review
Schedule: Full-time | Remote + On-Site | Travel required (company vehicle provided)

Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS) has been strengthening communities since 2012. Were seeking a dedicated Permanency Coordinator to support atrisk and adjudicated youth through short-term therapeutic stabilization and long-term community resource planning.
What Youll Do:
Provide support and stabilization services to youth & families
Coordinate treatment, discharge planning, and case management
Help clients build natural supports and sustainable community connections
Support families with routines, communication, behavior plans & more
Collaborate with courts, schools, DCF & community providers
Attend weekly supervision & team meetings What You Bring:
Bachelors preferred (Human Services/Social Work/Therapeutic fields)
Associates required in related field
Experience with traumatized youth/adolescents
Valid drivers license & clean background Why VTSS?
