This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Central or Northern, VT. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs for mechanical systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the field. Additionally, the role entails providing excellent customer service and ensuring operational reliability of systems through effective maintenance practices. The Service Technician will collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and performing routine inspections
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Field Service and ability to work on-site with minimal supervision
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of preventive Maintenance practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields are a plus
