Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Castleton, VT for a Master Mason. The Master Mason will be responsible for performing skilled masonry work, including constructing, restoring, and maintaining structures using materials such as bricks, stones, and cement. Additional tasks include interpreting blueprints and plans, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and collaborating with team members on renovation projects. Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines is essential.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Masonry, including laying bricks, blocks, and similar materials
- Experience with Cement mixing and application techniques
- Skilled in Stonework, including cutting, shaping, and setting stones
- Expertise in Brickwork and related construction or repair tasks
- Knowledge and practice in Renovation projects, maintaining structural integrity and aesthetics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow building plans or blueprints
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks in outdoor environments across various weather conditions
- Familiarity with safety regulations and use of proper protective equipment
