Diesel / Heavy Duty Truck Technician

Full benefits day one, 2+ years of experience, $5,000 sign‑on bonus ($2,500 with first paycheck, $2,500 at 90 days). Hourly pay $22‑46/hr based on experience plus monthly performance bonuses and overtime at time and a half.

• Inspect, repair, or overhaul buses, trucks and heavy equipment
• Test drive and inspect vehicles
• Diagnose malfunctions and consult with customers
• Read and interpret diagnostic test results
• Raise trucks, buses and heavy parts using hydraulic jacks or hoists
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions and engines
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, battery checks, lubricating parts
• Adjust and align wheels, tighten bolts and attach system components
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts or mechanical/electrical equipment
• Verify repairs by test‑driving vehicles

• Certificate from a technical or trade school
• 2 or more years of technician experience
• Current valid driver’s license
• CDL and DOT health card preferred
• Ability to pass CORI, criminal background, and MVR checks

Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pulling, lifting, twisting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs; climbing stairs and ladders as required.
