Fiberglass Insulation Foreman

Competitive Pay and Sign‑On Bonus

Pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour based on experience.
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 within first 4 months for all new hires; $2,000 after 4 months for installers with at least one year experience.

• Supervise and manage insulation crews on various job sites.
• Oversee installation of fiberglass insulation in new and existing buildings.
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect completed insulation installations for quality control.
• Assist with material handling, job planning, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Experience in the insulation and building industries.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cellulose insulation materials and installation techniques.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews effectively.

Includes lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.), bending, squatting, and climbing ladders. The role requires working in confined spaces, crawling, and reaching overhead. Manual dexterity is needed for using hand and power tools. Work may involve various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures while adhering to safety standards.
