This is a driving post requiring a valid driver s license. You will support patients, visitors, and staff through customer-focused service while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in integrity.

- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including corridors, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and/or credential checks as required by site policy, documenting observations and reporting concerns.
- Complete accurate reports and incident documentation, communicate updates to site contacts and/or dispatch, and support security-related operations as assigned.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- A guard card and/or security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver s license will be required for driving positions only.
