• Deliver a white‑glove customer experience in the showroom and during in‑home consultations
• Measure spaces and recommend thoughtful, design‑driven flooring solutions
• Build your business through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Create professional proposals using modern tools (tablet, CRM, laser measuring tools, Quick Books)
  Guide clients confidently from consultation to installation
• Build long‑term relationships while achieving strong sales results

• 2+ years of sales experience (flooring or home improvement is a plus)
• Passion for design, home improvement, and helping people transform their spaces
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and known for excellent follow‑through
• Comfortable using technology (CRM, tablets, measuring tools)
• Self‑motivated and excited by a performance‑based career with unlimited earning potential
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (gas and mileage stipend provided)

His dedication to customer service and product expertise has earned him recognition as FCI’s top sales associate 14 out of the last 15 years.

And when you visit the showroom, you’ll probably meet Boomer, Kyle’s 4‑year‑old English Labrador Retriever who’s training to become a therapy dog. Boomer loves greeting customers and team members and adds a welcoming touch to the showroom experience.
