• Must have a technical background (MSc or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in optics
• Market knowledge in defense, medical, microscopy, semiconductor, and vision applications
• Proven ability to identify new customers and build lasting relationships
• Excellent knowledge of English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous

• Experience with SAP and SAP CRM systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and a friendly personality
• Passion for sales and marketing, with a proactive approach to challenges
