Position Overview
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals for our Enterprise Account Manager roles who excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The primary responsibility is managing existing Fortune 2000 client accounts, identifying and closing sales opportunities, including contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Providing excellent customer service, demonstrating solution-selling skills, and collaborating with Sales and Client Services teams are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with existing clients to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Identify and close sales opportunities such as renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within Fortune 2000 accounts
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers to expand Cvent's footprint
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly
- Target key accounts and develop strategies to penetrate them
- Forecast sales accurately through pipeline management
- Monitor and report sales activities
- Maintain account health through consistent follow-up
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience
- At least 7 years of customer-facing sales and account management experience in software or related industry
- Minimum 1 year managing large (e.g., Fortune 2000) client accounts
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Strong relationship management, consultative selling, and contract closing skills
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Moderate technical knowledge and interest in technology
- Quick learner of technical product knowledge
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
