Job Summary

Lamoille Valley Ford is currently looking for a driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. Working independently as an individual contributor, this role will be responsible for helping customers find their perfect vehicle and delivering an industry-leading customer experience. The Automotive Sales Professional is an entry-level opportunity with base pay plus commission and has the potential for commission-based success without a cap.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position with a base salary and uncapped commission earning potential. We also offer a full suite of benefits from medical to 401(k).

• Responsible for the sales of new and used cars, trucks, and other automotive vehicles
• Establish and manage customer relationships with complete dedication to customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries, build relationships, and understand customer needs
• Prepare sales and marketing materials and respond to inquiries from customers
• Follow established processes for closing vehicle sales
• Prepare and deliver paperwork associated with the sale
• Remain up to date with Ford Motor Company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent people and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
