Assistant Manager II

• Assist with daily store operations and customer service activities
• Help customers in a positive and approachable manner, addressing questions and concerns
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates to ensure a positive work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives required
• Previous experience in store management within retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and meet physical demands of the role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills

• Experience in a retail management role
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies
• Familiarity with inventory management processes
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
