Assistant Manager – RetailLocation: 1211 Prospect St, Fredericton, NB E3B 3B9 – On site
Salary: $20.00 per hour (38–40 hours per week)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time (Day, Weekend)

Job DescriptionManage staff and assign duties in a fabric store. Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Supervise 5–10 people in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
- Experience in retail is an asset
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, goal‑oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, time management, client focus, flexibility, judgement, team player, maturity, multitasking ability
