Summary

To be an advocate for our guests and consistently meet their expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting oneself professionally and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Tasks include bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest served.

Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guests’ expectations.

Project professionalism in accordance with dress code and grooming policies.

Work safely and maintain a clean work area following company policies.

Fill guest orders accurately and efficiently, including bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts, and carry-outs.

Operate the bottle return area safely and in compliance with policies.

Maintain sufficient stock levels of front-end supplies.

Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.

Perform other duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills. Reliable. Basic literacy and computer skills. Satisfactory performance reviews.
