Salary: $15.75–$26.50 per hour (varies with experience).

• Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
• Welcome customers with a smile, eye contact, and a “Thank You” at each transaction.
• Sample products and perform suggestive selling.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Assist in overseeing day‑to‑day food court operations, including training, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Prepare and cook mass lunch meals for finishing cooks based on required food quantities.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of recipes and ingredient formulas.
• Ensure all associates follow company and state sanitation policies and procedures.
• Control shrinkage through adherence to related policies.
• Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs, and cooling logs in accordance with store policy.
• Execute other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow‑through to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic literacy and basic computer skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of related experience.

Various equipment used in the food court.
