Guest Service Supervisor

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks. • Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to help them perform specific tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures and practices.
• Operate the point of sale following corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
• Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Always replenish products to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area and register area.
• Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (outdoor, cooler, etc.).
• High School Diploma or GED.
