As a Merchandiser you will work independently across various retail locations, using your organization and time‑management skills to display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations products, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush, and more.
Pay& Benefits
- Starting pay: $14.40 per hour (subject to change based on work location).
- After 6 months: $15.20 per hour.
- After 1 year: $16.00 per hour.

This route will service the following retail locations:

- 4340 US Route 5, Derby, VT 05829
- 957 Memorial Dr, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819
The weekly average hours are 10 hours per week, with potential increases to an average of 22 hours per week around holidays. Ideal candidates are available during daytime hours, especially Monday mornings.
Primary Responsibilities- Serve stores on the assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying products within greeting card departments and other retail locations, and maintaining an organized backroom.
- Communicate with management about questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
- Work in a fast‑paced retail environment using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
- Be available for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays.
- Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
- Review and plan the weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- 18 years or older.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliable transportation (most routes have multiple retail locations).
- Reliable internet access for job information and updates.
- Technological competency to learn and use a company-provided tablet.
- Flexible scheduling: occasional weekends, days before and after major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Work on the sales floor and back stock room, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and fixtures of up to 40 pounds. Stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday; a stepstool may be used for some tasks.
