We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hookah Server to join our lounge team. The ideal candidate has experience in a hookah lounge or bar/restaurant environment, provides excellent service, and creates a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Set up, prepare, and serve hookahs, ensuring proper technique and hygiene.
- Recommend hookah flavors, beverages, and promotions to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, lounges, and hookah stations.
- Monitor hookah usage and ensure timely refills.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with baristas, bartenders, and other lounge staff to ensure smooth operations.
- 2–5 years of experience in a hookah lounge, bar, or restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hookah setup, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
