Organization – Spruce Peak
We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our Culinary Team. The Chef de Cuisine oversees all culinary operations within the restaurant’s kitchen. This role is responsible for leading, training, and motivating the culinary team to achieve excellence while maintaining profitability. With a strong focus on quality, consistency, and production standards, the Chef de Cuisine ensures that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Actively participates in daily food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency and quality.
- Provides daily leadership and oversight to the culinary team.
- Collaborates closely with Front of House leadership to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Evaluates team conduct and provides ongoing coaching to support growth and accountability.
- Ensures strict adherence to safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Maintains high standards of workstation organization, equipment cleanliness, and overall kitchen safety.

Pay Range
: $82,000 to $88,000 per year based on experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a hotel or resort environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining exceptional quality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, food products, and kitchen equipment
- Proven experience fostering professional, respectful working relationships
