  Experience:
  
  Proven experience in a fine dining or upscale venue, showcasing a solid understanding of fine dining etiquette and operations.
• Interpersonal

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guests feel valued and attended to with care.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of service exceeds expectations.
• Flexible Availability:
  Events can be daytime, evenings, weekends, and other times for special events as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in hospitality or culinary arts are a plus.
• Completion of a food safety or hospitality training program to ensure compliance with industry standards - a plus.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service to demonstrate a commitment to safe and responsible serving practices - a plus.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of trays, dishes, and other serving items.
• Proficiency in walking, bending, and reaching to serve guests and maintain table settings.
