*
* Basic Qualifications:
*** Must be at least 18 yrs old
* Basic education (high school), plus relevant restaurant or other food service experience preferred
** Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Basic knowledge of dining room and bar operations, including waiting on tables, hosting, bartending, and cashiering
* Vermont Department of Liquor Control certification of state liquor regulations
* Neat appearance and pleasant personality. Must have the ability to deal with customers and staff in a courteous and efficient manner, and ability to deal effectively with intoxicated customers
