Location: Waitsfield

An organic farm and retreat center is seeking a dedicated Retreat Chef to lead the kitchen team, providing three meals a day emphasizing local and vegetarian cuisine. The role includes planning creative menus, sourcing ingredients locally, and managing kitchen staff in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The chef must be sensitive to diversity and approach food as a means of connection.

Compensation is $25/hour with no health benefits, and the role runs seasonally from May to October.
