Kitchen Staff – Long Trail Brewery, Bridgewater Corners, VT (Part-Time & Full-Time Available)

Long Trail Brewery in Bridgewater Corners, Vermont, is hiring Kitchen Staff to join our busy riverside pub. If you are looking to start your career in the restaurant industry or bring your kitchen experience to a Vermont favorite, this is a great opportunity. Both part-time and full-time shifts are available.

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and slicing ingredients
• Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, grills, and ovens
• Prepare and plate food according to company recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas
• Support inventory and supply ordering as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required – training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Comfort standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
