Nolato Vermont is looking for detailed oriented people to join us as Quality Assurance Technicians to help make sure we send only good product to our Customers!

As a Quality Assurance Technician:

You’ll work in either Bethel or Royalton, VT at our clean, climate-controlled production facilities — floor, office, lab — on a rotating 12-hour, 3/4 day per week schedule.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor you’ll make sure every product we produce meets our high standards and others like ISO 13485.

From collecting samples to inspecting product using measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and vision systems — that’s you.

You’ll also make sure that all GMP and GDP tasks have been performed and are correct.

When needed, you’ll be relied on to investigate quality issues and help solve production problems with your teammates and management.

Qualifications:
  • Obsession with getting details right, a mechanical aptitude, and a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two years of work history in Quality or Manufacturing is helpful — especially in the medical device world or as an internal auditor — but not required.
  • Confidence and collaborative problem solving ability.
  • Commitment to doing the little things right, showing up on time, and being a helpful and respectful teammate.
  • Ability to independently read and interpret documents such as safety rules, written instructions, operating, and quality procedures.
  • Capability to accurately create detailed reports and records for management.
  • Physical requirement to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
