Field Service Technician – All-Natural Tick & Mosquito Control

We are a growing, environmentally conscious tick and mosquito control company serving communities across Vermont. Our mission is to protect families, pets, and outdoor spaces using effective all-natural solutions
—without harming the environment. We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and grow with us.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines delivering our all-natural tick and mosquito treatments to residential and commercial properties. This is a hands‑on, outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, independence, and being part of a fun, purpose‑driven team.

• Apply all-natural tick and mosquito control treatments to customer properties
• Operate and maintain application equipment safely and effectively
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company positively
• Follow all Vermont pesticide regulations and company safety procedures
• Work independently while managing daily service routes efficiently

• Certified Vermont Commercial Pesticide Applicator or willingness to obtain certification (we will support the testing process)
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 60 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
