This structured, year-long transition-to-practice program is designed to help newly licensed nurses begin their careers with confidence, competence, and exceptional support.

Program Overview: 12-Month Transition-to-Practice Experience

The NVRH New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive, hands-on onboarding experience tailored to support new nurses.

What You'll Gain
  • Dedicated 1:1 Nurse Preceptor for 6 months
