Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.

• Coordinate and provide patient care in a Med/Surg unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize the Nursing Process for decision-making and patient assessments.
• Ensure a holistic approach to patient care that addresses diverse needs.

• Minimum of three years of acute care experience is required.
• Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure is required.
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• Preference for candidates familiar with Meditech.
