• patient population: adult and geriatric
  the clinical nurse is a key member of the surgical team who functions in a circulating and scrubbing capacity. Services lines we provide include: general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain and endoscopy procedures. Our nurses provide specialized care for all these services.
  
  the surgical services department has 2 operating rooms and a procedure room. We provide mostly outpatient procedures with limited inpatient. We provide care to patients ages 16 and older.

local travelers - those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.

8hrs non-billable orientation
call-back, holiday and ot multipliers: 1.25%
call: 4/hour

• minimum 2-5 year of same day surgery experience - required
• scrubbing and circulating experience - required
• experience working in a smaller or facility - required
• admitting experience required
• phase i and ii/pacu experience - required - pacu skills checklist required in proifle
• multiple surgical experience - required
• must be able to prepare or for surgery, not just the patient for surgery
• discharge experience required
• cerner emr experience - required
• travel experience - highly preferred
• traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. Public transport is not available.
• manager requires a very detailed profile/work history, and very detailed skills checklists!
• this is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
