A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in Stepdown care to support critical patient needs on the night shift. This contract role involves working every other weekend and requires the ability to function independently, including performing charge nurse duties and floating to other units as needed. Experience:

Valid RN license with Stepdown (PCU/Med Surg/Telemetry) experience Ability to work autonomously and manage patient care with minimal supervision Previous charge nurse experience preferred Flexible and adaptable to floating between units when necessary Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to attending quarterly departmental education sessions
